Description

Lloyds Bank, located at No. 62 on the High Street, dates from around 1840 and is a two-storey building with a stucco finish. The High Street facade features one bay, with a cornice supported by two pilasters. There is a projecting porch that is topped by a balcony with a balustrade. The building has a plinth, and the first floor includes two projecting sections and one recessed section. It is adorned with a cornice and three plain pilasters on each side. The ground floor features round-headed sashes, while the first floor has five sashes with moulded architraves. Nos 58 to 62 form a group.
