  1. C18. 2 storeys and attics red brick. Tiled roof has 7 dormers and dentilled eaves cornice. 7 sashes with glazing bars missing. Sun fire plaque. Doorcase with small pediment supported on brackets. The 2 westernmost window bays on the ground floor have been cut away to form a recessed public house front, Milestone incorporated in the wall of the ground floor with the inscription: "From London Bridge 71 miles by Rochester, From Ashford 12 miles".
