Detached house circa 1830. Two storeys and basement windows with venetion shutters. Stuccoed. Eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Panelled pilasters flanking the front. Glazing bars intact. On the North front good trellised verandah to ground and first floors.

No 44 and Nos 50 to 54 (even) with Nos 58 and 60 form a group.
