Description

Beauséjour, located at No 50 Spencer Road, is a villa built around 1840 to 1850. It resembles No 44 but is faced with stone that mimics bricks. The building features a frieze below the eaves and has two dormers. The south entrance front has flat cornices above all the windows, while the north front is adorned with pediments and includes a first-floor balcony on the east side. Beauséjour is part of a group that includes No 44 and Nos 50 to 54 (even), along with Nos 58 and 60.
