Description
No. 10 Lyndhurst Square is a double-fronted villa built in 1843. It features amber brick construction with a pitched slated roof and gables adorned with barge-boards, showcasing a playful Gothic style. The villa is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The central door is flanked by projecting gabled bays with canted corners at the ground floor, and it has a stucco surround with a small quatrefoil motif raised above the center. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with flat, gauged-brick arches. The ground floor windows are tripartite and feature a moulded stucco string above. The interior has not been inspected. Nos. 1-7 and No. 10 form a group of buildings.
