Description

No. 6 St Mary's Place is a mid-19th century villa, built between 1837 and 1849, in the Gothick style. It is the end house of a terrace that includes Nos 1A and 2-5 St Mary's Place. The villa has two storeys and dormers, featuring a double front with three bays, including a slightly recessed entrance bay. The hipped slate roof is complemented by a stucco exterior with a parapet. The bays are divided by buttresses that have weathered offsets and gabled finials. The windows are mullioned 2-light sash windows with arched lights, glazing bars, and hood-moulds.
