  1. These two houses form an L shape. Circa 1840. Two storeys. Stuccoed Cornice and parapet. St James's Lodge has four windows facing North. one in a rectangular projection flanked by pilasters, two in a curved bay with one recessed window between; windows in moulded architrave surrounds with sills. Glazing bars intact. On its East front there is a bay on the ground floor, with three narrow round-headed windows and porch with pilasters; above a conservatory with seven round-headed windows. Glazing bars intact. St James's Cottage has three windows, two in a curved bay, and a similar porch with pilasters, also another doorway, round-headed.
