Description
Blenheim House is an early 19th-century building located on Spencer Road. It is three storeys tall with a semi-basement and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with the ground floor having a rusticated finish. The westernmost window on both the ground and first floors is a triple window, flanked by coupled pilasters on the first floor and on the other side of the front. There is a cornice above this section, as well as another cornice above the second floor, leading to a parapet with caps above the pilasters and a small pediment over the westernmost window bay. The glazing bars are intact. The round-headed doorway has a semi-circular fanlight and a four-panel moulded door, accessed by eight steps. Blenheim House, along with Nos 7 to 11 (odd) and No 3 Market Street, forms a group.
