2. Circa 1840. Two storeys and semi basement stucco. Low pitch hipped slate roof eaves hidden by blocking course and block cornice. Three windows, two in bow to East, set in slightly recessed panel on ground and first floors giving effect of flanking pilasters. Windows, recessed, sash, later glazing bars, block sills. Right angled flight of steps with cast iron balustrade leading up to recessed four panelled door. Flanking pilasters frieze and cornice.

Nos 15 to 20 (consec) form a group.
