Description
No. 13 George Street is a building from around 1830, standing two storeys tall and faced with stucco. It has a hipped slate roof that is concealed by a parapet and a shallow block cornice. On the first floor, there are two recessed sash windows with glazing bars and block sills. The ground floor features a large bay window with four lights; the vertical glazing bars have splayed tops that round the upper corners of the panes. The entrance has double glazed doors that are deeply recessed with panelled reveals, and the left-hand door includes a small inserted window. This entrance is flanked by Tuscan pilasters, with a frieze and cornice above.
