  1. Circa 1840 semi detached, as one house. Three storeys coursed stone in imitation of bricks. Rusticated stucco quoins to ground and first floors. The ground floor is stuccoed with banded rustication. Stucco parapet cornice and frieze. The parapet is flanked by panelled piers on scrolled brackets with rounded caps. Two windows. Second floor recessed sash, one tripartite, later glazing bars, block sills on consoles, plain stucco surrounds. First floor tripartite window as above but with addition of frieze and dentil cornice. Whilst the consoles to the sill are larger with a panel between. Flat fronted bow window of three lights, later glazing bars, the pilasters curved down into panelled apron with plinth, frieze and dentil cornice break forward slightly to centre. Ground floor one arcaded window of three lights sash later glazing bars, block sill on consoles and a round headed window with keystone. Round headed entrances with panelled doors and semi circular fanlights.
