Description

The building at 17, The Esplanade dates to around 1830. It is a two-storey stucco-faced building with three windows, two of which are in a bow. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars and block sills. The ground floor has not been altered. It features a doorway with pilasters. The building is part of a group with numbers 15 to 20.
