SIMEON STREET 1. 1577 (South Side) Nos 34 & 35 SZ 5992 3/306

  1. Circa 1840. Semi-detached, similar to Nos 32 and 33 but with certain differences. The eaves are bracketed, and pilasters flank the entrance bays as well as the main block. The entrancw bays have half hipped slate roofs; their first floor windows are round headed and blind, in architrave surrounds and with consoles below the sills. The first floor flat fronted bows on main block are narrower, no glazing bars, and have incurring stepped aprons. Ground floor windows have architrave surrounds. The recurred doors retain their original panels and have Keystones over the arches.

Nos 30 to 35 (consec) form a group.
