Description

These are two semi-detached houses, dating to around 1840. They are stucco-faced with pilaster strips and a small plinth. The roofs are slate, with a low pitch and moulded eaves cornice and frieze. Each house has one window per floor. The first floor features flat-fronted bows with three lights, using sash windows with glazing bars. Pilasters extend down into a panelled apron with a plinth, frieze and cornice that projects slightly to the centre. The ground-floor windows are recessed and have sash windows with intact glazing bars and block sills. The two-storey entrance bays are set back on each side, topped with flat roofs and parapet coping. The recessed doorways have four panels, two of which are glazed, and are topped with semi-circular fanlights. Nos. 30 to 35 form a group.
