Nos 7 to 11 on Nelson Street, dating from around 1840, are treated as a continuous block. The building is three storeys high and has a stucco facade with a cornice and parapet. Each of the first-floor windows features flat fronted bow windows with three lights, sash design, glazing bars, pilasters, panelled aprons, and a frieze and cornice that slightly projects forward at the centre. The other windows are recessed, also sash, with most having glazing bars and block sills. The round-headed doorways are topped with semi-circular fanlights. Nos 7 to 15 on this street form a group.
