Description
The Tithe Barn at Bucks Farm is an early 18th-century barn, which is shown on a map from around 1750. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble with a deep stone plinth and has a roof covered in pantiles. The barn features two tiers of brick loop lights, with four on each side, and a central cart entrance that is hipped to one side. The gables are adorned with stone coping, kneelers, and tumbling in. The structure consists of five bays, which include angled queen struts, staggered purlins, diagonal tension braces, and a ridgepiece.
