Little Billingham Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1720, as indicated on the door, and was extended to the right in the 19th century. The main house is constructed of Isle of Wight ashlar with a tiled roof and features end brick chimneystacks. It has two storeys and attics in the gable end, with five windows. The gable ends are supported by kneelers. The 19th-century casements are set in the original openings and are adorned with alternate fluted and plain keystones. The central doorcase includes a rectangular fanlight and a six flush panelled door, and there is a deep plinth. The right side extension, added in the 19th century, is made of brick with a tiled roof and has two storeys with two casement windows. The original part of the house features a chamfered spine beam with lambs tongue stops.
