Description
The outbuilding located to the southeast of Billingham Manor is a former stable or workshop dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features tiled roofs across three sections. The central part is built in header bond and includes a tiled roof with one dormer. The left side has an 18th-century casement window, a central fielded casement, and a top-opening casement on the right. To the left, there is a projecting wing with a gable, which has one course of black headers above two courses of red brick stretchers, and an angled queen strut roof. On the right, there is a gabled brick section with a loft above, a plank door, and a grille below. The end features Diocletian windows, a fixed casement, and another plank door.
