Description

The granary located to the south of Billingham Manor is an early 19th-century building. It features four by four bays resting on square sandstone staddle stones. The walls are primarily made of brick in stretcher bond, topped with a slate roof. The gable end includes simple casement windows and a plain doorcase with a plank door. The roof is constructed with angled queen struts, a ridge piece, and through purlins.
