Cottage and coach-house. Mid C18, altered C20. MATERIALS: red brick in Flemish bond. Old tile hipped roof, cross gable on adjoining link block. PLAN: L-plan with 2 hipped projections at rear. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and one storey. One tall corniced chimney on southern roof slope. Small rendered plinth. 2-light C20 replacement casement window with segmental brick arched heads. West front, facing stable yard, Mulberry Cottage has 2 storeys. 6-bays, 2nd and 5th bays have window, others are blocked. Ground floor has 2 windows on the right, 2 pairs of large half-glazed coach doors with small panes on the left. Link block single storey. 3 windows on left, pair of half-glazed similar doors on right, in gable. The Estate Office (qv) adjoins the link block on the left. Mulberry Cottage and link block form the east side (in part) and north side, in part, of stone paved and cobbled stable yard. INTERIOR: not inspected.
