Description
Wandle Villa is a detached house dating to circa 1770. Constructed of stock brick with a hipped slate roof extending to a parapet, it is two storeys high and five windows wide. A stone staircase with iron rails leads to the entrance, which features an open pedimented doorcase with Doric pilasters, an English frieze, and mutules. The entrance has a six-fielded panelled door, a semi-circular radiating fanlight, and panelled reveals. The windows are segmental-headed sashed windows, and there are three flat-topped sashed dormers. The returns to the sides of the building are similar in style. The interior has not been inspected.
