Description

Sea Mills House is a detached house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof and brick end stacks. The main part of the house is a single range with a rear outshut, extending over two storeys and an attic. The front elevation features three windows on the upper floor, each a 12-pane sash with a cambered head and brick voussoirs incorporating a central keystone. Two similar windows are present on the ground floor, above a central doorcase that rises two large stone steps with a flat wooden hood. The entrance is via a six-panel door with fielded panels, over a plain three-light fanlight. There are three hipped dormers visible in the roof, each containing a small 6-pane sash window.
