Description

The Leaze is an early 19th-century detached house. It is constructed of rendered brick with a parapet wall, a concrete tile roof, and rendered end stacks. The building comprises a single front range with long rear extensions, extending to two storeys and an attic. The front facade has three windows, each with a four-pane sash; the lower sashes on the ground floor are unusually long. The central entrance features a six-panel door with a semi-circular fanlight surmounted by an open pediment supported on consoles. A small, centrally placed, cambered-head dormer window is present in the roof.
