Description

Dowella is a small house in a terrace, built in the late 18th century. It has a roughcast exterior and a double roll tile roof, with a brick stack located at the right end. The house is two storeys high and features a single range with a small rear wing. There are two windows on the front, which are 12-pane sashes with thick glazing bars and moulded wood architraves positioned directly below the eaves. The ground floor includes canted bays on the right side, adorned with a moulded cornice and plate glass sashes. To the left, there is a door with six fielded panels, a plain fanlight, and a gabled porch.
