The house is constructed of brick on a rubble plinth, with an asbestos slate roof and a rebuilt brick parapet featuring a stone plat band. Brick end stacks are also present. It is a single-range structure of two storeys, with three windows on the upper floor, all containing 12-pane sashes set in plain reveals with keystones and stone voussoirs. The ground floor has two similar windows and a central entrance featuring a 6-panel door with fielded panels, a decorative radial fanlight, a flat moulded hood supported by brackets, and a moulded surround.
