Description

This early 19th-century house stands at the end of a terrace on the north side of Salter Street. It is roughcast on a plinth and has a brick dentil cornice and a tile roof, with rendered end stacks. The house is of single-range design with two storeys and two windows, which are contemporary upvc replacements. The central doorway features a fielded four-panel door with a semi-circular soffit and a small open pediment supported by consoles. The property is listed primarily for its group value.
