Villa, now Council offices. Early C19. Stucco and painted weatherboarding slate roof hipped to eaves, partly visible. Partly neo-Tudor style, 2 storeys, North front of 4 bays, 2 to left (weatherboarded,) 2 to right (earlier stucco). Entrance in slightly projecting crenellated porch to right, through moulded architraves slightly painted arched doorway. Square headed windows, with dripmoulds to stuccoed wing, sashes and glazing bars to ground floor windows, French casements to upper floor with wrought iron balconies. Crenellated parapet with traceried pinnacles. Left side with canted bay window to ground floor, casements; square headed sashed window to upper floor, glazing bars, cast iron window guards; eaves. Return and garden front (weatherboarded), and also of architectural interest. Interior not inspected.
