Description

Holly Cottage is a mid-18th century house, now part of a terrace. It is constructed of stucco, with a slate double-pitched roof extending to a parapet. The house is two storeys high and originally had a three-window front. An arched entrance is located within a single-storeyed extension to the right. The windows are square-headed with recessed sash windows. The central ground floor window is casemented, and plate glass is used throughout. Blind boxes are present on the upper floor. A tented canopy, supported by a trellis, spans the width of the ground floor. The rear of the building is weatherboarded. The interior remains largely unmodernised.
