  1. (No 37A incorporates No 37). Circa 1840. 3 storeys, 2 windows. 2 window return to College Approach. Rounded rebated angle. Rusticated pilasters support cornice and parapet with flat pilasters carrying domed finials. 2nd floor cill band. Moulded architraves to 2nd floor sash window with glazing bars; flat surrounds to 3 grouped, round arched 1st floor windows with keystones, impost blocks and bracketed common cill. Mid C19 ground floor shop front has new glazing but retains bracketed cornice. 4-panel door on angle and 6-panel door at left, with plain rectangular fanlights. On College Approach return plain reveals to sash windows with glazing bars; shaped, raised panel between windows.

Nos 33 to 37A (consec) form a group also Nos 37 & 37A form a group with the listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach.
