Description
The Admiral Hardy Public House, built around 1836, is a three-storey building with an attic and four windows. It features a slate mansard roof with two square dormers. The exterior is finished in stucco and includes a modified entablature and parapet. The second-floor sash windows have plain reveals and glazing bars. The first-floor windows are adorned with a moulded architrave, frieze, and console bracketed cornice. The ground floor has an early 20th-century public house front with panelled wall spaces and stall risers. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the south side of College Approach, which includes Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
