  1. Circa 1840. Each 3 storeys, 2 windows. Stucco with parapet concealing roof. 2nd floor cill band. Banded rusticated ground floor. Shaped lintels to 1st and 2nd floor sash windows with glazing bars. Projecting bracketed cills to 1st floor windows have cast iron quards with anthemion and palmette pattern. Plain reveals to replaced ground floor sash windows with glazing bars. Doors, of one stoutly beaded panel, have small inner pilasters, cornice head, plain rectangular fanlight and simple entablature surround.

Nos 21 to 28 (consec) form a group.
