Description
Number 21 King William Walk, dating from around 1830, is a three-storey building with a basement and two windows. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and features a stucco frieze, cornice, and parapet. The building has gauged brick arches over all openings; the second-floor windows are flat, while the first and ground floor windows are round-headed and set in round arched recesses. There is a stucco cill band on the first floor. All windows are sash, with the first-floor windows including glazing bars. A six-panel door is located to the right, featuring a plain semicircular fanlight and set in a round arched recess that is slightly smaller than the window recesses. The ground floor has a moulded spring string. The property is enclosed by plain wrought iron area railings with urn finials at intervals. Numbers 21 to 28 King William Walk form a group.
