Description
Old Ballards Cottage is an early 18th century farmhouse that has seen later additions. The building features brick that has been colourwashed and rendered on the south rear elevations. It stands two storeys high with a raised band between the floors and consists of three bays. A modern central porch with an old tile roof is present, along with an old tile roof on the house itself, which includes two hipped dormers. The windows throughout the property are modern and feature mullions and transoms.
