  1. 1870-75. Two storeys. Probably timber-framed, weather-boarded, on brick plinths. Symmetrical front of 2 bays, each under a gable with half-hipped modern tiled roof. Large 2 storey porch, also weather-boarded, with pyramidal roof. Return walls of 2 bays. Barred sash windows throughout.
