Description

No. 64, Carlton Hill is a detached house dating to circa 1840. It is constructed of stucco, with a slate roof that slopes to the eaves. The house has two storeys and a basement, and is three windows wide. A central, projecting Doric porch is accessed by steps, featuring square piers. The front door is panelled, and the windows are square-headed, with cornices to the ground floor. They are sash windows with glazing bars, and have cast iron window guards on the ground floor.
