Description
No. 64, Carlton Hill is a detached house dating to circa 1840. It is constructed of stucco, with a slate roof that slopes to the eaves. The house has two storeys and a basement, and is three windows wide. A central, projecting Doric porch is accessed by steps, featuring square piers. The front door is panelled, and the windows are square-headed, with cornices to the ground floor. They are sash windows with glazing bars, and have cast iron window guards on the ground floor. The building is included on the list solely for its group value.
