Description
No. 38 Wellington Street is a mid-19th century terraced house. It is constructed of yellow brick with stucco dressings and stands three storeys tall, plus an attic, featuring two bays. The ground floor has a 19th-century altered plate glass shopfront. Above the ground floor, there are rusticated stucco pilasters. The windows are square-headed sashed, unhorned, with glazing bars, and are architraved and corniced on the first floor. A band runs above the second floor, and there is a moulded panel at the parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
