Description
No. 30 Wellington Street is a terrace house with a shop, rebuilt around 1760-1761. It is constructed of stock brick and features a slate roof. The building stands four storeys high and is two windows wide. The ground floor has a mid-19th century shop front that has been altered, complete with an entablature-fascia. The upper floors contain recessed glazing bar sashes set beneath flat gauged arches. There is a brick plat band above the second floor, and the building is topped with a parapet that has coping.
