Painted brick, slate roof. 4 storeys and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide, with 4 window return to Wellington Street including one blind bay. Early C20 iron framed neo-Georgian shop front returned under entablature-fascia. Upper floors have recessed C19 plate glass sashes under flat gauged arches. 1st floor painted stone sill band and band cornice over 2nd floor; parapet with coping.
