Description

15 Exeter Street is a terrace house built around 1820. It features multi-coloured stock brick and a slate roof, standing four storeys tall and two windows wide. The ground floor has a mid-20th century shop front. The upper floors are fitted with recessed glazing bar sashes set under gauged arches. The building has a parapet with coping. It is included in the listing for its group value. Additionally, there is a wall-mounted Windsor gas lantern on the Exeter Street elevation, positioned at first floor level above the easternmost door to Number 15.
