Description
No. 27 Neal Street is a terraced house and shop, likely built in the late 18th century and restored in the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and has four storeys plus a basement. The building features two windows on its facade. The wooden shopfront includes pilasters that support an entablature, with consoles on either side. The shop window and doorway have been altered. The house has a doorway with a fanlight and a 20th-century door. There are gauged brick flat arches above the recessed sash windows, most of which retain their original glazing bars. The interiors have not been inspected.
