Description
No. 19 Great Ormond Street is a terraced house with a later shop, built around 1708 and refaced in the mid-19th century. The building is made of yellow stock brick and has four storeys plus cellars. It features two windows. The late 19th-century wooden shopfront includes a fascia and dentil cornice, flanked by enriched consoles, with panelled risers and recessed, part-glazed double doors. The house door is recessed and panelled, topped with a rectangular fanlight. The windows have gauged brick flat arches for the recessed four-pane sashes, while the third floor has segmental arches. The building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
