Description
No. 45 Lamb's Conduit Street is a terraced house built around 1700 to 1715, with a third floor added in the 19th century. The building features darkened multi-coloured stock brick with red brick dressings and has brick bands at the floor levels. It stands four storeys tall and includes cellars. The façade has three windows, with the first and second floors featuring additional blind half windows. The ground floor has a later 19th-century funeral parlour frontage. A stone sill band is present on the first floor, and there are gauged red brick flat arches above the recessed sash windows, which have exposed boxing. The third floor has segmental-arched windows, and the building is topped with a parapet. An original lead rainwater head is also present. The interior has not been inspected.
