Description
This building is part of the Green Park Hotel and is a terrace house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick and has a slate roof. The structure has five storeys and a basement, with three windows across the front. There is a doorway on the left featuring a semicircular arched fanlight. The windows are revealed sash types without glazing bars, set beneath flat gauged arches. A stucco cornice runs above the third floor, and there is a crowning cornice with a blocking course at the top. A cast iron balcony spans the first floor, with balconettes at the windows on the second and third floors. Additionally, there are cast iron area railings.
