Description
This building is part of the Green Park Hotel, originally a terrace house from the early 19th century that has been altered for hotel use. It is constructed of brick with stucco ground floors and features slate roofs. The building stands four storeys high, with basements and dormered mansards, and each front has three windows. The original doorways on the ground floor have been changed to windows. The windows are revealed sash types without glazing bars, set under gauged flat brick arches. There is a parapet with coping, and cast iron balconettes adorn the first-floor windows of Nos 29 and 30. This structure is included for its group interest only.
