Description

This building is part of the Green Park Hotel and is a terrace house dating from the late 18th century. It features brown brick construction with a channelled stucco ground floor and a slate roof. The structure has four storeys, basements, and dormered mansards, with two windows on each floor. One doorway has been altered to a window, while the other doorway on the left remains intact and has a semicircular arched fanlight. The revealed sash windows do not have glazing bars and are set under flat gauged arches. The building has a parapet with coping and a cast iron balcony across the first floor, as well as cast iron area railings. This listing is included for its group interest only.
