Description
This building is part of the Green Park Hotel and is a terrace house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brown brick with a channelled stucco ground floor and features a slate roof. The building has four storeys, a basement, and a dormered mansard roof, and it is two windows wide. The plain doorway has been altered to a window. The windows are revealed sashes without glazing bars, set under flat gauged arches. There is a stucco cornice above the second floor and a parapet with coping. A cast iron balcony spans the first floor, and there are cast iron area railings. This building is included for its group interest only.
