Description
No. 12A is a terrace house located on Half Moon Street in Westminster, dating from the late 18th century with some alterations. The building is constructed of brown brick and features a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall, with a basement and a dormered mansard roof, and is two windows wide. To the left, there is a semicircular arched doorway. The revealed sash windows, which do not have glazing bars, are set under flat gauged arches. A stuccoed cornice is present above the second floor, and there is a parapet with coping. A cast iron balcony, dating from around 1800, spans the first floor, and cast iron area railings are also featured.
