Description
This building is a terrace house located at 24 Half Moon Street, dating from the later 18th century and altered around 1820 to 1840. It features a stuccoed exterior with a rusticated ground floor and a slate roof. The structure has four storeys and a basement, with a façade that includes four windows facing Curzon Street and two windows on Half Moon Street, along with a three-window front for No 24. The doorways are positioned to the right of the center and in the return of No 24. The windows are revealed sash types without glazing bars and have flat arches. The ground floor windows and doorway are flanked by pilasters, and there is a full-height canted bay at the corner on the left side of the Curzon Street front. Decorative foliate swags are located below the sills of the second-floor windows on Curzon Street and below the first-floor sills on Half Moon Street. Additionally, medallions framed with foliage can be found below the second-floor sills on Half Moon Street and on the canted bay facing Curzon Street.
