No. 7 Upper Brook Street is a terraced house built in 1732, with some internal alterations and heightening from the late 19th century. The building features brown brick with an early 19th-century stucco ground floor and a slate roof. It has four storeys, including a later attic storey, a basement, and a dormered mansard. The façade is three windows wide, with a semicircular arched doorway on the right that has a six-panel door and a patterned fanlight. The upper floors have recessed sash windows with stuccoed reveals, set under flat gauged arches, and there is a crowning cornice. The first floor includes an early 19th-century geometric pattern cast iron balcony, and there are wrought iron area railings. Inside, the house retains some original cornices, while the staircase and first-floor decoration date from the mid to late 19th century.
