No. 3 Upper Brook Street is a terraced town house built in 1730, with early and mid-19th century alterations. The building features a brown brick façade with a stucco rusticated ground floor and a slate roof. It stands three storeys high, with a basement and an attic storey, and is three windows wide. The square-headed doorway is positioned to the right and includes a rectangular fanlight. The ground floor has two square-headed recessed sash windows, all adorned with voussoirs and vermiculated keystones. The first and second floors have recessed sashes with slightly cambered gauged arches, while the second floor windows are complemented by stucco aprons. An original cornice is located above the second floor, and there is parapet coping at the attic. A cast iron balcony spans the first floor, and wrought iron area railings are present. The interior dates from the early to mid-19th century and features a plain geometric staircase.
